1. What we collect

We collect your account email, your role (brand or creator), your creator social usernames, the campaigns and post links you submit, view counts and earnings, and payout status. For brands we also keep basic profile details like name, website, and logo. We do not store your card or bank details. Those are handled by Stripe.

2. How we use it

We use your data to run the marketplace: to run campaigns, track views, calculate and process payouts, and detect fraud and abuse.

3. Who we share it with

We rely on a few trusted providers, each of which handles your data under its own privacy policy:

• Stripe for payments, escrow, and creator payouts, including identity verification.
• Supabase for our database and login.
• View tracking providers for fetching the public view counts on the posts you submit.
• Vercel for hosting.

4. Public information

The posts you submit are public content that already lives on TikTok or Instagram. Basic brand profile details such as name and website are visible to creators browsing campaigns. Your email is never shown publicly.

5. Keeping your data and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to show you the data we hold or to delete it, except for records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or payment reasons.

6. Security

Access to your data is restricted per account at the database level. Sensitive financial data is held by Stripe, not by RIPL.
