Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account email; role (brand or creator); brand profile (name, website, logo, tagline); creator social usernames; campaigns and submitted post URLs; view counts and earnings; payout status. We do not store card or bank details — those are handled by Stripe.

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace: run campaigns, track views, calculate and process payouts, and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Third parties

Stripe — payments, escrow, and creator payouts (incl. identity verification). Supabase — database and authentication. RapidAPI providers — fetching public view counts for submitted posts. Vercel — hosting. Each processes data under its own policy.

4. Public data

Submitted posts are public content on TikTok/Instagram. Brand profile basics (name, tagline, website) are visible to creators browsing drops. Email is never shown publicly.

5. Retention & your rights

Data is kept while your account is active. You may request access to or deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, or payment reasons.

6. Security

Access is row-level restricted per account. Sensitive financial data is held by Stripe, not RIPL.
