Terms of Service

1. What RIPL is

RIPL is a marketplace that helps small creators get paid by brands. Brands fund campaigns, creators post content on TikTok and Instagram, and creators are paid based on the views their content earns. RIPL processes payments through Stripe. RIPL is not a bank and does not give financial advice.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and be eligible to use the social platforms you connect. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your login secure.

3. Campaigns and approval

Creators browse open campaigns, join the ones they like, and post on their own terms. Brands review each submitted video and approve or reject it. Only approved videos earn. Approval is at the brand's discretion, within the rules of these terms.

4. Getting paid

Creators earn the campaign's stated rate per 1,000 views on approved videos, up to the campaign budget and any per video cap. Payouts are sent to your connected Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's identity verification. You are responsible for keeping approved videos live. Taking down a video after being paid for it may result in the earnings being reversed.

5. No botting or fake views

This is the most important rule on RIPL. You may not inflate views or engagement by any artificial means. That includes bots, automated traffic, view bots, click farms, paid view services, engagement pods, incentivised viewing, or any other method that produces views that are not genuine.

RIPL monitors for fake activity. If we find it, the consequences are immediate and final: your account is suspended, any unpaid earnings are forfeited, any earnings already paid out on fraudulent views can be reversed or recovered, and you can be permanently banned from the platform. We do not give warnings for botting.

6. Acceptable use

No misleading content, illegal material, harassment, or content that breaks TikTok or Instagram's rules. RIPL may remove content, withhold payment, or suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". RIPL does not guarantee any particular view count, reach, or amount of earnings. To the extent the law allows, RIPL's liability is limited.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn. Tax information may be collected through Stripe where required.

9. Changes and ending the service

RIPL may update these terms or change or stop the service. If you keep using RIPL after a change, that counts as accepting it.
