1. What RIPL is
RIPL is a self-serve marketplace where brands fund campaign budgets and creators are paid per view for content they post on TikTok and Instagram. RIPL facilitates payments via Stripe; RIPL is not a bank and does not provide financial advice.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and be eligible to use the social platforms you connect. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person or entity may hold separate brand and creator accounts.
3. Brands & campaign funding
Brands pre-fund a campaign budget plus a 15% platform fee, charged once and held in escrow. A campaign cannot go live until funded. Unspent budget is refundable per the refund process. Brands review and approve or reject submitted videos; only approved videos earn.
4. Creators & payouts
Creators earn the campaign's stated rate per 1,000 views on approved videos, capped at the campaign budget and any per-video cap. Payouts are made to a connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe's identity verification. Deleting a paid video, fraud, or fake views may result in clawback and removal from the platform.
5. Platform fee
RIPL retains a 15% platform fee on funded campaign budgets.
6. Acceptable use
No fraudulent views, misleading content, illegal material, or violation of TikTok/Instagram terms. RIPL may remove content, withhold payment for violations, or suspend accounts.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". RIPL does not guarantee campaign performance, view counts, or earnings. To the extent permitted by law, RIPL's liability is limited to fees paid.
8. Taxes
Creators are responsible for their own taxes on earnings. Tax information may be collected via Stripe where required.
9. Changes & termination
RIPL may update these terms or suspend the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
